My IELTS and Mother's Day

Yesterday I had my IELTS and how was it? Hmm... Not very good though. For listening, I think I screwed up all MCQs. Never thought the speaker of the section 2 will speak so fast! I was kinda nervous as my heartbeat was loud and fast. I think I am okay only with section 1 and 4. No idea...

For reading, it was a terrible disaster I tell you. I skipped straight to passage two and then back to passage one then only went to passage three for the last 20mintues with many questions blanked for previous passages still . I am advised not to read the whole passage but find the keywords in the question and search for it in the text. I did it and in the end, I read no road for everything. I guess I have blindly answered about a quarter of all questions. No lying. After the reading test, I was so damn down and hopeless. The band score that appeared in my mind that time was 3 or 4. I felt like crying already. I know I could do better if more time are available for me. *sigh*

However, for the writing test, it was okay! I did finish doing both tasks in time although I didn't manage to check my works in the end. Task one was a graph which I prefer more than charts or tables. For task 2, the question is talking about environmental problems. Writing test pulled my hopes back to a point so I was feeling kind of okay after the exam.

I need to thank Danny for teaching me until late at night the day previous and still need to wake up early in the next morning to bring me to the exam place. For the last few days before the exam, I seriously felt stressed and cried for few times. But now, it's finally over and just left with my speaking test now. Have to do well for that. At least I can relax a bit right now.

Today is Mother's Day. It was the second preliminary competition of Stardom Quest as well. So we only can rush home after the competition ended at around 5PM. Had dinner with parents and talked to them for quite a while. I didn't go home for some time already and I really miss my parents!!



Sister and I sang “世上只有妈妈好” for our beloved mummy as well. xD

I used my Romantic Aqua Lens already. Hehe Kinda love it but I wore one eye the other side wrongly on the first day and it was so funny. I was like why was one of the eye so blueish? LOL
