My Diet Plan!!

I bought this few days ago. "The Cambridge Diet". Guess how much is it for one box. BND$138!!! RM$318!!! Not cheap at all. But I have no choice because I am seriously very very fat now. So I started my diet plan today and it is going to last for a week!

3 packets a day and no eating of other things for rapid weight loss! I need to drink minimum 3 litres of water a day as well. There are 6 flavours available : Cappuccino, Chocolate, Chocolate Mint, Strawberry, Vanilla and Chicken & Mushroom flavour.

My first try goes to the Chocolate Mint Flavour and it was not very bad. I have tried Cappuccino Flavour also which I like more I guess. When you first drink it, it tastes good. But after some time, I feel like vomiting. So it's better for you to finish it fast! I'm gonna try the Vanilla Flavour later and I don't think it's gonna taste good for me since I don't like Vanilla.

Effective or not? Well, my boss had tried it last time and it did work for him. For me, let's see what happen a week later eh. xD

A Day To Miri

Went to Miri yesterday with Danny, sister and brother. Danny went for dentist and I followed him into the room to see what the dentist did. It was fun! Danny helped me asked the dentist some questions regarding the interview and so on. The dentist asked me to be firm about my choice, my decision, my dream! Dentistry is really getting more and more interesting to me. I seriously hope I can get in!!!

After that we went to shop!! I bought some but not many things. Wasted BND$150 and the rest, paid by others! xD

1. Hair Straightening Machine

Costs me RM$140 for this. But yeah, good one! Finally I have my own one now. No more messy hair! =D

2. Hairogy

I need more hair and stop my hair from falling. Hope it is effective and I will have more hair next time. xD Not cheap though. All together about RM$100+ as well.

3. Contact Lens

My lens are going to be expired soon and I need a new pair. Was very indecisive which colour to buy. Sexy grey? Ocean Blue? Romantic Aqua? In the end, I take this. Ocean Blue next time (brother kept asking me to take Ocean Blue). xD

4. Books

I don't know since when and why I like to shop for books now. But I really like it. Went to Popular to search for interesting story books but there are far too many choices. Brother and I can't make up our mind in taking which. We looked at the Fiction corner to the Religion corner and this was where I found a nice one ------- "God's Hand On My Shoulder". After that I saw Jimmy's book on the shelf! I grabbed it and had a look. "Don't Worry, Be Happy" really kinda suits me since I always worry for this and that.

I bet I want to buy more books in the future. =)

Thinking...

Last night I had a talk with our CCMS/SMSA ex-senior, my brother's ex-classmate, ket's cousin, for hours! I am not really sure about her name. Yue Qi? No idea about the spelling also. xD This is the first time we talked for so long and all about our future. Thanks to her, I know more about dentistry now because one of her sister is now studying dentistry in Aussie.

I just knew the way they learn injection is by injecting each other! Need to face dead people and the most dangerous task will be extracting wisdom tooth since it might cause deaths! I was first a bit shocked but after that I guess it's okay. I kept imagining myself doing this and that and try to know how will it feel like. Somehow, what have been told to me didn't cause me to give up dentistry. She also told me that it is very very stressed. A tough way but I guess there's no easy pathway at all?

Her sister is now in her second year only but they started to treat patients already. I didn't expect it to be so fast but yeah, maybe different country will have different ways of teaching, right? But I will think properly whether this is going to be the way I should go as well. Can I really do it and will I give up halfway?

Or maybe God want me to be prepared for everything instead of stepping onto this path without knowing anything eh? Hmm.....

A Meeting Outing

Yesterday I arrived my office before 9AM and went out for a meeting at the RTB with my boss and his friend at around 9.30AM. The meeting started at around 10AM. All Malay people. They eat while having the meeting at the same time which kind of surprised me a little bit. My job was just listening to what they said and tried to note down some relevant stuffs. A bit boring and I catch no balls when they used pure Malay. I was just like having class, automatically dreaming from time to time. LOL

We left at around 12.30PM and had our lunch before heading back to office. A new experience for me anyway. So yeah... That's it!

Shabu Shabu

Have you ever been to Shabu Shabu? Do you know where and what place is this? It's an amazing restaurant for steambot! If not mistaken, I think it is full of people all the time. When we went there yesterday, we still have to wait for our table even though booking had been made earlier. The food is very very very nice!!! I recommend you to go!! I would like to have gathering with some of my close friends at there next time if have chance although a bit expensive but worth!!! Aww... I miss the food now already. LOL Fat but I don't care!!! HAHAHA

Just An Update!

On Thursday (31st March 2011), I got my first working salary!!!

Teacher said it's a tradition to treat the others when you have your first salary. So yeah, the next day we (teacher, sister and I) went to Kitaro for dinner!!! Sushi!! My treat! For me I think not bad the sushi there. I will want to go there again next time. =D


Don't worry, it's not taken by me. My photographing skill still sucks a lot!! HAHAHA It's taken by my teacher. So yeah, wanna know the bill? It's only $59.20! xD My 2nd brother gave me $50 to spend that day as well. Lots of family love eh? kekeke Went for a movie after that at 11.25PM! First time going cinema at this late. We had "Big Mammas" and it was not very bad. But just so-so! Reached home at around 1Pm and was dead tired!!!

I went to KB again yesterday. It is going to be my weekly routine now though. Met Fu this time as well and we talked about movies. So damn hyper. It has been kind of long time since we last hanged out together. Got many series from him. How am I going to finish all the movies huh? Distractions!!! I have to get prepare for me IELTS from now on as well. One month left. Will get more and more busy soon since Singing Competition will be starting this month. Anyway, back to the topic! I got tired at just around 10PM due to lack of sleep the previous day so we went home at around 10.30PM. Felt a bit sorry for them but I seriously can't stand the sleepiness this time. I promise I'll charge my battery full for next weekend. =D


Recently, I am eating a lot and not able to control. My face is getting round and big tummy is out again! SAD MAX!!!! Hell so stress man!!! Urghhh! What should I do? Why is it so hard to diet but hell so easy to gain weight? WHY?? TELL ME WHY?? LOL
