So how do I feel for the first time on the plane? I don't really like it! Travel by plane is troublesome and uncomfortable! Need so many scanning, cannot bring this and that! I know my ears will be stuck but I didn't know it will be pain also. To tell the truth, my ears were damn too painful for the first time and since it was unexpected, tears dropped. I thought I will be going deaf and felt like going to hospital that time. My mum and cousin said maybe because of the pressure. So yesterday when coming back, I was very worried. The pain started again for the last 20minutes and I kept looking at the time and hope it will arrive fast. I kept telling myself the pain will be over soon because I don't wanna cry again! But the rest were all okay. I like sitting beside the window and enjoy the view. =)
Now what about Vietnam? The first thing we will be amazed of is the number of motorbike there. From the information given, there are around 4.3millions motorbikes in Vietnam. Motorbikes more than the other vehicles. When you cross the road, you don't need to speed up or slow down your pace. They will avoid you and don't cross the road holding hands together in a line. It's dangerous! The people there keep pressing their horn when driving whenever you block their way or you're too slow. So it's kinda noisy! One creepy thing is about the electrical wires. Oh God! So damn messy and lots of wire together. I don't really know how to describe so I show you a picture of it and you'll know how creepy is that!
See? Creepy? Once on fire, bye bye! The wires are all kinda low as well. Not the same as here. But they conserve energy! My hotel lobby have no air-con! Even KFC as well. If not mistaken, my room's electricity is using solar energy. I got a new and standard room which is on the top floor of the hotel. Nice!
The people there mostly are skinny. You don't usually see fat people there except the tourists! Lots of angmo there though. We did ask a restaurant manager for the reason and he told us it's because of the eating style. They like veggies! This is true. No matter what you eat, there are many veggies! They like the celery which we hate the most as we think it's smelly. The girls there are kinda hot and sexy. They like wearing shorts, super duper short! There's a beauty Salon opposite to the hotel I stayed and all the girls there have their working costume. Everyday not the same and very very sexy! Mini skirt, sleeveless and bare back! Even their high heels the same! They wait for the customers outside the salon so it's looked a bit like prostitution though. LOL Not only I think like that, my sister also.
For this trip, we mostly went to shopping! They did classify into 2 parts. With fixed price where no bargain is allowed at all and the other, opposite. But my sister was actually the one who was choosing, then bargained together with mum, after that I was the one who carried the things. It was funny during the bargaining process but too bad I forget to record it down. The shopping malls are different from here. You can straight away pay the person in charge of that particular section instead of going to the counter. You can still cut the price! Cool right? One problem is about communication. Some are able to speak chinese or cantonese so very easy for us. But some, their English very cacat. They don't understand our English and we can't understand their English as well. Ended up scratching head there. Haha the people there always "ah ah ah" when they don't even understand what you're talking about. We asked where the toilet, they "ah," we asked whether the price is 16 or 60, they "ah" also. So kik! But some of them are not friendly. They don't allow you to touch the things and if you don't buy after seeing, they will !@#$#^%#@ there. Phff...
For the first day, we went to the president's palace to have a look. Like a museum though. Went to a Church after that but too bad they were praying that time so can only stay near the entrance there. Then, we went to a very big post office where they sell souvenirs as well. On that single day, we saw almost 10pairs of couple having their wedding photos around. So many people getting married. LOL The next day we went to the most famous temple for the Chinese. The last day we have the most memorable dinner. We have our dinner on a cruise ship! Almost all were foreign people, angmo and korean/japanese! Oya, many people thought my sister was Japanese. Guess because of her fair skin and hair colour. Anyway, there were traditional music and dance performances as well. We enjoy the view as well. Damn beautiful!
Guess that's all about my Vietnam trip. And don't be surprised there's internet access again. Some people have iPhone okay? haha I will upload some pictures to Facebook. Camera with my sister so I will upload only those in my mobile. =)
I'm sick now. Having flu. Hate it! Should be having my driving lesson today but it was cancelled due to stupid reason bla bla bla.... Til here readers!
